There is no better living proof of how experimenting leads to success than Hemant. Over the years, he’s donned many hats, including CEO of Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capital), Consultant at BRC Group, and, of course, co-founder of DYT.

Hemant is the co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Do Your Thng.
In so many words, he’s the man opening new doors for us, managing governance, and ensuring stakeholders and their investments are taken care of.

In not so many words, Hemant is the Boss Man and the Wise Man. A true sales maverick, he is individually responsible for raising DYT’s collective EQ and IQ.
His Monday + Friday Face
For most people, how the work week begins and ends is poles apart.
Normies, like you and I, start by praying at the altar of our chosen puppet master — coffee or tea. By the time Friday rolls around, the feels begin to hit differently.
That’s not the case for Hemant. Monday and Friday are carbon copies: “Dhande ki baat karo and aage badho!”
What’s His Bread + Butter?
If you ask our founder what’s the one thng he can’t work without, he’ll say Google Calendar. He’ll make do, but the hours will pass like a kidney stone. For our NBD Head, the answer is food. For our Tech Lead, it’s coding.
For Hemant, it’s attention to detail. While we may miss a spelling error even with spell check, Grammarly and Quill Bot on, he won’t.
This thoroughness, as well as the rare ability to focus on small and important details while completing a task, distinguishes him as a maven.

Arguably, the DYT team is still young, which means we have a surplus of energy. More often than not that energy needs to be channeled, which is where Hemant swoops in with a cape on.
A hard taskmaster and problem-solver, he knows just how to nurture young talent, so we remain on track!
What The Team ‘Really’ Thinks About Him
In the spirit of keeping it 100, Hemant lives rent-free in our heads because he literally (and we literally mean literally, not figuratively) intimidates everyone.
With just one email, call, or Slack from him, our chutzpah vanishes in a puff of smoke, and we morph into yellow-bellied, scaredy-cats singing, “This’ll be the day that I die. This will be the day that I die.”
What He Brings To Do Your Thng?
Clients and decades of experience are the two very obvious thngs Hemant brings to DYT. But those are not what makes him an irreplaceable part of the team.
It’s his wisdom.
He may lack the long and lush beards King Solomon and Gandalf sported, but he is just as wise, often becoming the sounding board our founder needs to debate and fine-tune strategies.
And, oh, he also lends a much-needed sense of calm to the commotion that is an early-stage startup!
