The M2S Series: Say Hiya To Sameeksha Kaushik, DYT’s Customer Support Assoc.
It’s the people who make a company. There is an inherent truth in the saying. So, to introduce you to the pivotal people who make Do Your Thng, we present the Monday to Saturday series.

Getting To Know The People of DYT: Sameeksha
All of our M2S posts till now have been our way of telling you more about the Do Your Thng team, from our boss to tech lead, from software engineer to business head.
This one is a little different.
It’s for all users of the DYT app who think there is a battalion of people at your beck and call to solve all your problems and queries.
Nope. Nopers. Noperooni.
It’s a one-woman army (with an intern tagging along), and her name is Sameeksha Kaushik.
She is the one replying to you when you leave a review on Google Play or App Store. She is the one replying to you when you contact support on the app. And she is the one replying to you when you drop a line at howdy@dyt.onl.
Next time you want to angry-type F-bombs (yes, she’s received those), think about it. There’s a real (overworked) human reading them.
So, moving right along, let’s get you acquainted with Sameeksha…
Her Official Designation
If it wasn’t already obvious by now, Sameeksha is our Customer Support Associate and one of the oldest DYT employees.
Her Unofficial & Much More Important Position
Internally, Sameeksha is the problem solver for our community of creators. Back in 2020, that meant answering a gazillion questions about the app (it was still a WIP then). Now, it’s juggling queries about campaigns and submissions.
Her Monday Face
Mondays are calamitous. That’s a fact.
Now imagine if your Monday meant parsing through irate emails, infuriated DMs, and incensed customer tickets. We’d be splitting at the seams, barking mad, in 5 minutes flat.
Sameeksha does it with a smile. It’s her #thng. She’s always in neutral gear. We think even if you call her at 10 in the night with a customer query, she’ll solve it calmly and graciously.
Her Friday Face
It’s the prerogative of every person who works in customer support to say “sod off” at the end of the workweek. Right?
But Sameeksha is just as happy as she was on Monday and is still carrying on with the “yeah, yeah, I’ll solve it” attitude. Now, only if the rest of the DYT team would get off their a$es and complete creator payments, life would be golden for her.
What’s Her Bread + Butter?
Answering creator queries, followed by some more and then some more, is how Sameeksha survives work. All to take that 4.0 rating on Android and 4.2 rating on iOS a notch above.
What The Team Thinks About Her
She is the messiah to our creators. ‘Nuff said.
What The Team ‘Really’ Thinks About Her
Does she even sleep? And how does she continue to squash creator issues with remarkable sangfroid when she’s had no sleep?
What She Brings To Do Your Thng?
Our boss hired Sameeksha to solve customer requests, but now she’s the one who teaches DYT how to handle creator issues. Her cool and calm, polite and patient demeanour is enviable and जो चिराग लेकर ढूँढ़ने से भी नहीं मिलेगा |
What DYT Brings To Her?
Apart from the mountain of customer tickets, DYT brings to Sameeksha process issues that delay her response to creators 😝. But if you ask Sameeksha, her retort is:
“Being part of DYT has taught me how to multitask and do it while performing well in all areas. And it’s brought me chill, appreciative managers who give a lot of latitude as long as the job gets done.”
